Payment Methods
You may choose one of the following methods:
1. Instalments by Direct Debit - If you have a current UK bank account you can pay by direct debit in agreed instalments, for units / modules costing £500 and above. You must sign a Direct Debit authorisation and pay the first instalment by cheque, cash or credit card on submission of the form. The Finance Department will administer these authorisations; however it remains your responsibility to ensure that there are sufficient funds available in your designated bank account.
2. Cheque - You may pay your fees by £Sterling or €Euro cheque drawn on a UK or EU bank account; or by international money order/Giro drawn in sterling. For those paying by international Giro please ensure that all bank charges are borne by you. All payments should be in £Sterling or €Euros and made payable to “Royal Academy of Dance”. Please print your name, and your membership number and unit / module name on the back of the cheque.
3. Cash - Can only be made in person at the Finance Department. Please see below for contact details and office opening hours.
4. Bank Transfer - You may transfer your fees directly from your own bank account to the Academy's bank account. All charges must be borne by the transferor. Please ensure that your name (not the transferor if different from yours), membership number) and name of unit / module is given to the bank to ensure we can identify the payment. Failure to do so can result in your payment remaining unidentified and your fees considered being outstanding.

Terms and Conditions
1. All bookings and payments will be processed in order of receipt.
2. Written confirmation of your booking will be sent within ten working days the closing date.
3. Bookings are non transferable.
4. Participants who withdraw voluntarily will have their course fees refunded, as follows:
* Withdrawals before the closing date will incur a 10% charge.
* Withdrawals between the closing date and six working days prior to the course will incur a 50% administration charge.
* There will be no refund for withdrawals made five or fewer working days prior to the course
5. Participants who have to withdraw due to injury or illness, either before after the closing date but before the course starts will only incur 10% administration charge, subject to receipt of medical evidence.
6. Participants with an existing injury attend the course at their own risk. Participants should consider whether they need insurance cover in case of injury on the day.
